after opening a ticket for paxum support, my friend got a quick reply. It seems the new bank which works with paxum is delaying in the printing process . But that bank WILL NOT ship the card directly to customers as he read on the respond. Bank will send cards to paxum and them paxum will deliver to customers. This will make the wait even longer

Nu ma mira faptul ca Paxum se ocupa de tot, ca doar de asta si updateaza ei statusurile acolo din submitted in printing si ulterior in shipped. Si oricum, verificasem chiar azi pagina de FAQ, nu au intarziat asa mult - scrie clar acolo ca dureaza 20 business days printarea, adica o luna, si up to 20 days (calendaristice) shippingul. Statusul cu printing a durat o luna si o saptamana, dat fiind volumul foarte mare de cereri, e relativ de inteles...
