Buna Angie, eu am fost informata de cei de la livejasmin acum cateva luni si mi-au sugerat sa caut un avocat sa ii dam in judecata..dar cum toti banii mei sunt blocati nu imi permit sa fac asta.
Doar sa ne strangem toti si sa actionam cu un avocat..cei de la support mi-au spus ca e singura sansa

Avand in vedere ca licenta lor este suspendata acum, nici nu cred ca ar mai avea cum sa deblocheze banii, nici daca ar vrea, fara licenta nu pot functiona oricum, nu cred ca au voie sa miste nimic.
Din pacate, cam asta este situatia, nici OAFS nu prea au cum sa mai rezolve nimic in acest moment.
Am cam ramas blocati, daca nu ne-am miscat inainte de suspendarea licentei si i-am crezut ca deblocheaza totul in august.

Am inteles ca dureaza undeva la 6 luni procedura asta. Stiu ca in mod normal banii clientilor sunt asigurati in caz de insolventa, dar in Malta habar nu am care sunt legile.
Oricum va sfatuiesc sa cautati online de cine e detinuta aceasta platforma. Sunt mai multi implicati, intre care un rus pe nume Alex Zaslavsky si Damian Mifsud - care are cont facebook si cont de business, deci pot fi gasiti si trasi la raspundere si ei, in caz ca ne mobilizam si dam in judecata.
Inca o intrebare am daca considerati ca ar fi util sa mergem personal in Malta la adresa lor? Am pe cineva in Malta in acest moment care ar putea sa mearga la acea adresa sa afle ceva informatii..dar nu stiu daca ar rezolva sa afle ceva.
